Before his tenure in Switzerland, Grant Ferguson served in significant leadership roles at an international school in Dubai, where his strategic initiatives led to marked improvements in standardised test scores, showcasing his capability to drive academic excellence through innovative curriculum design and teaching methodologies. His career in the UK was similarly impactful, holding leadership positions where he implemented a virtual learning environment and spearheaded renovations to enhance learning spaces. In his role overseeing academic departments, he was instrumental in achieving notable advancements in examination outcomes. Grant’s educational journey commenced with a BSc in Biological Sciences from Exeter University, followed by a PGCE in Secondary Science with a specialisation in Biology from Lancaster University. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Grant is a family man, happily married and a father to two wonderful daughters. He spends his winter weekends supporting them in their passion for ski racing.
