Nicu Gaibu

Nicu was born in Moldova and moved to Switzerland in 2016. His international journey in education began early: as a student at a Turkish boarding school in Moldova, a high school exchange year in the United States, and later a semester abroad in Lithuania while completing his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Logistics in Moldova.
Passionate about education and community building, Nicu has dedicated the past nine years to premium Swiss education, where he has played a pivotal role in fostering inclusive communities and strengthening school culture. He also brings extensive experience in organizing and leading educational camps across Switzerland, Moldova, and Ukraine, as well as managing global recruitment initiatives. With his international perspective and human-centered approach, Nicu is committed to creating a personalised, welcoming admissions journey for families at VIS.
