Staff

Primary and Secondary French and German Teacher

Cloé was born and raised in France where she obtained a French baccalauréat. She left her hometown at age 17 to study political sciences for 3 years in Lyon and Strasburg. After realising her strong suit was cultural topics, she started her studies at University of Lausanne, Switzerland in 2018. She passed her bachelor in English, Spanish and German, and specialized in foreign languages literature (more particularly theatre studies), to finish her master’s degree in June 2023. During her studies, she participated in the creation of a startup as a content creator. She mainly worked on questions related to psychology and personal development. Cloé started teaching languages in Verbier in 2018 and joined the VIS community in January 2023. Her teaching is both imbued with her love of languages and culture, but also with communicational skills and concerns about the student’s well-being that she developed in her studies and previous professional life.

In her free time, Cloé likes to hike, climb and snowboard, just as much as she enjoys reading, writing, and playing the guitar.
