Thomas has over 18 years experience as a teacher in private schools. Having grown up attending Christs College, in New Zealand he went on to pursue a BA in education. His passion for the scholarship of teaching and learning has allowed him to embark on a life long journey bringing expertise and knowledge to the classroom. 

Outside the classroom he is a performing musician, producing his own recordings, covering a wide range of music from blues to contemporary. On his free time he enjoys travelling with his wife, snowboarding, photography, mountain biking, learning about other cultures, and soaking up the sun. 

As a Swiss-Kiwi he has a zest for creativity, loves nature outings, and believes in bringing kindness to the everyday space he is part of.
