Space to Create
Creativity is an essential part of a well-rounded education.
At VIS, students are encouraged to explore ideas visually, experiment with different media, develop their own creative voice, and turn imagination into something tangible.
Art and Design form part of our academic curriculum and are supported by newly developed specialist spaces that allow students to work creatively and practically.
For students considering future pathways in areas such as architecture, design, visual arts, or other creative industries, these subjects provide an important foundation. For others, art simply provides the opportunity to explore a passion, develop a new skill, and enjoy creating.
Opportunities extend beyond lessons through co-curricular activities and individual projects, allowing students who discover a particular interest to take it further.
At VIS, creativity is not confined to the art lesson. It is part of how we encourage students to think.
