The final years of school are about much more than examinations—they are about discovering purpose, making informed choices, and preparing with confidence for life beyond school. At Verbier International School, every student’s journey is unique, and our role is to ensure that each young person leaves us ready for the future they aspire to create.
Students in Senior School choose between two internationally recognised pathways: the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and our High School Diploma Programme (HSDP). Rather than expecting every student to follow the same route, we work closely with each individual to identify the pathway that best reflects their academic strengths, ambitions, interests, and future goals.
Throughout these important years, students are supported by a dedicated team including our College Counselling Department, Head of Academics, IB Diploma Coordinator, and experienced teaching staff. Together, they provide personalised academic guidance, subject selection support, university preparation, career exploration, and individual mentoring, ensuring that every student receives the advice and encouragement they need at every stage of their journey.
