Dolly Ann Osterloh was born and raised in Hamburg, Germany, and comes from a multicultural background with German, Italian, and Palestinian heritage. She studied Design in London before building an international career across education, hospitality, design, and social enterprise. Her professional journey has taken her to New York, Italy, London, Chile, and Switzerland, where she has worked in client relations, project management, communications, and admissions.
She collaborated with leading scientists on a global awareness campaign about asteroids, contributing to the initiative that led to the United Nations’ recognition of International Asteroid Day. In Santiago, Chile, she founded a wellbeing-driven enterprise that empowers local women through meaningful employment. Following her role in Admissions at Aiglon College, she joined VIS, where she is committed to creating a personalised and welcoming experience for prospective families.
